Troubleshooting

Common issues

Low pose confidence: Check lighting, remove heavy layers, and confirm floor marker alignment.
Wi‑Fi connection drops: Move router within 10 m or use 2.4 GHz band during setup; retry pairing in app settings.
Measurements look inconsistent: Compare scan conditions—time of day, clothing, and distance should match prior sessions.
Upload stuck: Confirm stable network; large meshes may take 1–2 minutes. Retry from Scan History.
